The North Liberty City Council met in special session in the Gerdin Conference Center. Mayor Mekota called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Council members present: Bahl, Franker, Gardiner, Moody and Salm.
Also present were Brian James, Mary K. Mitchell, Jenny Young and Leo Young.
Council held a planning session to discuss growth and development policies for North Liberty. Plans for future water, sanitary sewer and transportation improvements, including trails, were discussed along with policies for impact fees or assessments for those improvements.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
