B. Discuss Regarding Proposed Annexation approved by Coralville City Council, Pending injunctive Relief Action, and Pending City Development Board Action. This section may be a Closed Session as according to Iowa State Code Section 21.5(c),“To discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation.”
C. Discussion regarding action on Voluntary Annexation Agreement Resolution.
D. Possible Action regarding Resolution Number 06-214, A Resolution Setting Terms and Conditions of an Voluntary Annexation Agreement with Certain Property Owners.
