Mayor Pro-tem Kuhl called the special session of the City of North Liberty City Council at 6:32 p.m.

Council members present: Bahl (by phone), Kuhl, Moody(by phone), Salm, Wozniak.

Others present: Scott Peterson, Tommy Haines and other interested citizens.

Agenda. Moody moved, Salm seconded to approve the agenda. The vote was: ayes — Kuhl, Bahl, Moody, Salm, Wozniak; nays – none. Motion carried.

Acceptance of Brian James Resignation. Moody moved, Bahl seconded to approve Resolution Number 07-66, A Resolution Accepting Brian James Resignation Effective April 2, 2007. The vote was: ayes – Moody, Bahl, Kuhl, Salm, Wozniak; nays – none. Motion carried.

City Attorney Peterson presented information regarding the process for filling the vacancy. The item will be on the April 10 agenda for further consideration.

At 6:34 p.m., Moody moved, Wozniak seconded to adjourn. All ayes. Meeting adjourned.
