Mayor Tom Salm called the special session of the City of North Liberty City Council with the Planning and Zoning Commission at 9:00 a.m.
Council members present: Bahl, Kuhl, Moody, Wozniak, Wilkerson.
Others present: Candice Daniels, Terry Donahue, Dewayne Olney, Paul Osterholt, Roy Romans, Scott Peterson, Tracey Mulcahey, Dean Wheatley, Tom Palmer and Erek Sittig.
Agenda. Bahl moved, Kuhl seconded to approve the agenda. All ayes. Motion carried.
City Planner Dean Wheatley presented overview materials regarding the Comprehensive Plan, annexation, subdivision plats, the subdivision ordinance, zoning, zoning ordinance, PADs, Site development plans, enforcement of codes, developer’s agreements, grading and site preparation, and other topics relating to the relationship between Planning and Zoning Commission and Council.
Old Business. None was presented.
New Business. None was presented.
At 12:10 p.m., Moody moved, Wilkerson seconded to adjourn. All ayes. Meeting adjourned.
