Mayor Tom Salm called the special session of the North Liberty Council to order at 6:00 p.m.

Council members present: Bahl, Kuhl, Moody, Wilkerson, Wozniak.

Others present: Tracey Mulcahey, Acting City Administrator, Paul Osterholt, and Ben Fornell.

Moody moved, Kuhl seconded to approve the agenda. The vote was: ayes – Kuhl, Moody, Wilkerson, Wozniak, Bahl; nays – none. Motion carried.

No public comment was received.

Kuhl moved, Bahl seconded to approve Resolution Number 07-115, A Resolution Determining to Proceed with the Issuance and Setting the Date for the Sale of General Obligation Urban Renewal Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2007. The vote was: ayes – Moody, Wilkerson, Wozniak, Bahl, Kuhl; nays – none. Motion carried.

Kuhl moved, Moody seconded to adjourn at 6:02 p.m. All ayes. Meeting adjourned.
