Work Session

Mayor Salm called the regular session of the North Liberty City Council to order at 6:30 p.m.
Council members present: Chipman, Donahue, Hoffman, Kuhl, Wozniak.
Others present: City Administrator Ryan Heiar, City Planner Dean Wheatley, City Clerk Tracey Mulcahey, Corinne Lemmage, Cheryle Caplinger, and other interested citizens.
Approval of the Agenda. Chipman moved, Kuhl seconded to approve the agenda. After discussion, the vote was: ayes – Hoffman, Wozniak, Chipman, Kuhl, Donahue; nays – none. Motion carried.

Public Comment. No public comments were received.

Budget Presentation – FY 2010. City Administrator Heiar presented budget summary for the proposed budget for FY 2010. Council offered their thoughts and ideas relating to the next budget year. Staff will be addressing Council’s concerns and returning with additional information at an upcoming work session.

Old Business. None was presented.

New Business. Councilor Hoffman asked where with city is with transit committee discussion. Heiar reported that the survey is being reviewed.
Adjourn. At 8:45 p.m., Kuhl moved, Donahue seconded to adjourn. All ayes. Meeting adjourned.
