Poinsettia Order Form

Last day to order poinsettias is November 18. Orders can be picked up at the North Liberty Community Library starting November 20 through 25. Poinsettias unclaimed by November 28 will not be held; instead they will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Each poinsettia plant is $13, payable with cash or check at time of pickup. For questions, call 626-5701.

Before submitting this form, be sure to print to serve as a receipt.
