North Liberty Community Library Online Account Registration

In most cases, applications will be processed in two business days.If a parent is obtaining a card for a child under 13, both the parent and the child must be present when the account is activated.

Submit this application, then you must activate your library registration by showing identification/proof of address at the library.

Please Note: All new patrons of the library will be automatically assigned conditional patron status for a period of three months. During that time, patrons may check out a limit of three items at a time. If your account remains in good standing after the three month period, your account will be reverted to regular patron status.

Privacy Statement

The North Liberty Community Library does not share any patron information with outside sources. All your information remains entirely confidential.

NOTE TO PARENT/GUARDIAN: The Code of Iowa sec. 22.7(13) provides that libraries must not reveal titles of items borrowed by other persons. Be aware that if you want information about what items your child has checked out, the child must be present to request the information or your name must be listed on the account.

Please be aware that children are able to check out any material in the library.
