Ultimate Frisbee

About the league

This is our first Ultimate Frisbee League held through the North Liberty Recreation Center.  Starting on March 22, every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Penn Meadows Sports Complex in North Liberty, we will be playing Ultimate Frisbee.  Depending on the registration, we will divide up teams based on your skill and fitness level, making each team as equal as possible.  Teams to be arranged on a skill level basis with teams captains helping to select squad. Captains to be skill level 4-5 (see registration form).

Price

With the entry price of $30 per person before the March 7 deadline ($35 after), you will receive a team T-shirt and your own Ultimate Frisbee Disc.  The champions of this league will receive a special edition champions T-shirt.

Rules

We will be using the UPA standard rules as found on the UPA rules Web site: http://upa.org/ultimate/rules/11th

Where

We will have two fields set up at the Penn Meadows Sports Complex in North Liberty on Penn St. next to the baseball/softball complex and tennis courts.
