NEW BUSINESS:

1. Approve minutes from meeting (s) of:     Minutes from December meeting.
No minutes from January; No quorum

2. Public Comments/Concerns:        Open to public for comments and concerns;
5 minutes per person time limit.

3. Building & Grounds Report:        See Guy’s monthly report.

4. Facility Holiday Hours:            Facility Holiday Hours for 2010 & Pool Hours for 2010
No changes from 2009

5. 2010 Winter/Spring Brochure        Programs offered January-April, 2010 in progress
Summer Pool Pass Discounts; January & February = 15% discount
March & April = 10 % discount

6. Facility Usage:                This is the time of year that the weight & exercise area is the busiest.
Let the NLRC help you with your fitness needs. Staff is trying to keep up with cleanliness.

7. (2) New City Vans:            We have purchased two vans from Cooley Auto Sales in preparation for adding another BASP program at Buford Garner.

8. Other Issues/Concerns:            Any new issues not on the agenda?

1. Recreation Monthly Report:        Report included in packet summarizing the past month.

2. Monthly Budget Reports:        Request for monthly budget revenue & expenditure reports.
