NEW BUSINESS:

1. Approve minutes from meeting (s) of:     Minutes from March meeting.
No minutes from April Meeting; no quorum

2. Public Comments/Concerns:        Open to public for comments and concerns;
5 minutes per person time limit.

3. Building & Grounds Report:        See Guy’s monthly report.

4. B. Garner Playground:            Email inquiry received.
Group presentation
Discussion / recommendation.

5. Lights on Babe Ruth Field        Email inquiry received.
Presentation/proposal forthcoming.

6. Indoor Pool Closing:            Indoor Pool will be closed May 17-23, 2010.
State-mandated drain covers Installation
Drain indoor pool to Outdoor Pool to save on water, chemical, heating costs.

7. Upcoming Events:            Community Gardens – Planting begins    May 3
Farmers Market                May 9
Youth Baseball Tourney            May15 & 16
Blues & BBQ                May 30
