a.    Consider whether to proceed with a funding allocation process for surplus Surface Transportation Program and Transportation Enhancement funds, or to defer allocation to the 2011 funding process
b.    Consider screening criteria for projects to be included in the 2012 JCCOG Long Range Transportation Plan
c.    Update on ongoing traffic signal timing optimization program
d.    Update on ongoing public transit statistics reporting, and transit performance trends
e.    Update on proposed federal transportation legislation
