Proposal of Agenda

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Approve minutes from meeting (s) of:     Minutes from October meeting.

2. Public Comments/Concerns:        Open to public for comments and concerns;
5 minutes per person time limit.

3. Building & Grounds Report:        See Guy’s monthly report.

4. Field Reservations/Rentals:        Discuss procedures on field renting by various parties.
Determine process for 2011 season                    

5. Penn Meadows Parking Lot:        Discuss past uses and conflicts from last year; baseball, motorcycle class, etc…
Determine priority and use for 2011

6. Winter/Spring 2011 Brochure:        Brochure to printer; Nov. 15
Registration begins Dec. 6
Programs offered January-April, 2011

7. Outdoor Pool Hours:            Discussion of Outdoor Pool Hours for 2011 season.
Determine schedule to be publicized in Summer Brochure                                
8. Facility Holiday Hours:            Facility Hours over the Thanksgiving Holiday are:
Thursday, November 26 = CLOSED
Friday, November 27 = CLOSED
Saturday, November 28 = Regular Hours: 8:00AM-6:00PM
Sunday, November 29 = Regular Hours: 8:00AM-6:00PM

9. Other Issues/Concerns:            Any new issues not on the agenda?

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Recreation Monthly Report:        Report included in packet summarizing the past month.

2. Monthly Budget Reports:        Request for monthly budget revenue & expenditure reports.

3. Other Issues/Concerns:            Any old issues not on the agenda?
