Proposal of Agenda

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Approve minutes from meeting (s) of:     Minutes from November meeting.

2. Public Comments/Concerns:        Open to public for comments and concerns;
5 minutes per person time limit.

3. Building & Grounds Report:        See Guy’s monthly report.

4. Horseshoe Facility Request        Citizen request; horseshoe facility.

5. Field Reservations/Rentals:        Brian to provide Field Reservation Form for review.

6. Penn Meadows Playground:        Guy to present playground proposals to board for Penn Meadows Park.

7. Winter/Spring 2011 Brochure:        Brochure is available to the public, at NLRC and on-line.

8. Facility Holiday Hours:            Facility Hours over the Christmas & New Year’s are:
Thursday, December 23 = Limited Hours; Open 8:00AM-6:00PM
Friday, December 24 = CLOSED
Saturday, December 25 = CLOSED
Sunday, December 26 = Regular Hours: 8:00AM-6:00PM
Thursday, December 30 = Limited Hours; Open 8:00AM-6:00PM
Friday, December 31 = CLOSED
Saturday, January 1 = CLOSED
Sunday, January 2 = Regular Hours: 8:00AM-6:00PM

1. Recreation Monthly Report:        Report included in packet summarizing the past month.

2. Monthly Budget Reports:        Request for monthly budget revenue & expenditure reports.
