NEW BUSINESS:

1. Approve minutes from meeting (s) of:     Minutes from July meeting.

2. Public Comments/Concerns:        Open to public for comments and concerns;
5 minutes per person time limit.

3. Program Update; Pickleball:        Pickleball participants would like to introduce themselves.
Use of gymnasium space & tennis courts.

4. NLYBS Grant Item:            NLYBS received grant for new storage/concession shed
Discussion on item

5. Additional Ball Field Proposal:        Will be on August 9 City Council Meeting Agenda
Request for Park Board members/staff to be present for discussion.

5. Building & Grounds Report:        See Guy’s monthly report.

6. Fall 2011 Brochure:            Brochure is out to the public; registration is underway!

7. Upcoming Events:            Adventure land Tickets        Still available for purchase

NL Night at the Kernels        August 5
BASP @ Buford Garner & NLRC    August 18
NLC Flag Football        Registration through August 21
NLC Youth Volleyball        Registration through August 28

8. I-Pad Training:                You will be contacted soon by NLTV personnel to go over I-Pad Training
With Sept. Meeting we will be in “new” City Council Chambers and all Board members will
have meeting information provided through an I-Pad.

1. Recreation Monthly Report:        Report included in packet summarizing the past month.
2. Monthly Budget Reports:        Request for monthly budget revenue & expenditure reports.
