3. Tree Please Grant: Grant application due October 21.
4. Tree board Ordinance: Review ordinance and duties of Tree & Storm Water Board Members.

5. Storm Water Issues: Discussion and update on Penn Meadows Park Parking lot and Rain Garden project. (Seeding, landscaping and Snow Removal).
DNR and City Staff stocked Channel Catfish at Liberty Centre Pond.

New pervious concrete trail connection at the Golfview Dr. Muddy Creek crossing.
Update on Rainscaping Bus Tour on Sept. 29.
