City formalizes utility services policies

Beginning Jan. 1, 2015, the City of North Liberty will have a written policy for its water and waste water services. The policy formalizes many previous policies under which the city offered utility services.
The biggest change will be the new policy that city staff won’t make verbal agreements for the payment of past-due balances. Instead, a written agreement is required.
