Register now for a new class focused on building lifelong health and wellness

Set new goals, gather fresh ideas and live more fully with a new class being offered through the North Liberty recreation department.
This new Wellness Class will cover cardio strength, abs and general fitness as well as talk about healthy nutrition and how to make wellness a lifestyle. Each participant will create a vision statement. The class is scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. on Mondays from Oct. 26 through Nov. 16. The class, instructed by Laurie Schillinger, is $30 per person and for participants 14 and up.
Register online or in person at the recreation department’s front desk by Oct. 19.
