Notice of Good Neighbor Meeting Lenane 12-2015 mapThe city may soon consider a subdivision of property at the property owner’s request. The property, zoned for a multi-family development, is approximately 9.5 acres on the west side of South Front Street immediately north of Creekside Park. A location map and a drawing showing how the land is to be subdivided is shown on the right. The pending action is only to divide the property into four parts and no specific development is proposed at this time. Notice is being sent to property owners within
200 feet of the proposed development.

Good Neighbor meetings are held to inform neighbors early in the development process and to help the applicant understand neighborhood concerns. No Planning Commission or City Council action has been taken at this point, but is anticipated within the next several months if the application moves forward, and all Commission and Council meetings are open for public comment. Again, please note that a specific development plan has not been submitted at this time, and the proposal is to subdivide the
property.

There will not be a formal meeting or presentation; instead, City staff and the developer will be available for informal open-house discussions with maps and information regarding the proposal.
