Detour change: Oak Lane and North Liberty Road

Early this week, crews are expected to pave North Liberty Road between Oak Lane and Dubuque Street, as well as the southern portion of the Oak Lane intersection. During this work, traffic to Oak Lane will continue to be detoured north on North Liberty Road, though there may be some delays at times.

Once this is completed, Oak Lane traffic will be detoured south on North Liberty Road to Dubuque Street so crews can pave the north side of the intersection. The contractor has not yet been able to provide an expected date for this change.

Drivers are asked to use caution around the work site, allow extra travel time, and find alternative routes when possible. Details and updates on this and other North Liberty construction projects are available at northlibertyiowa.org/projects.
