We’re looking for a part-time communications assistant

We’re looking for someone to help us produce great video part-time, starting this summer. Maybe that’s you.

There will  be chances to learn, try new things and expand your skills as a communications assistant in our communications department. Successful candidates will be willing to learn while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Basically, we think we’re a fun place to work, and want you to join us. Start date is May 29, 2017

You should have basic knowledge of digital communications and video. We’re asking for a high-school diploma (or equivalent) plus six months of work (or a year of class) experience producing news, information, social media meeting and promotional videos and photos. The job also assists with other community engagement, communications and promotional activities.

Pay is is $15.41 to $16.54 per hour, and you must be available to work nights and weekends on an irregular schedule. Must have a valid Iowa driver’s license and reliable transportation. Post-offer physical, drug screen and background screen are required.
