A stretch of St. Andrews Drive—between Kansas Avenue and Prairie Street—will close Friday, July 31. The closure, a necessary move to complete a water main connection, is anticipated to last one day.
City Administrator Ryan Heiar walks us through some upgrades and additions North Liberty will see take shape throughout the course of the summer. Projects include Highway 965 construction, North Liberty trail upgrades, East Side sewer line, and the waste water treatment plant expansion.
Weather pending, crews are expected to begin paving Highway 965’s first stage next Friday, Sept. 6. Early in the week, earth work, sub-base trimming and other pieces of prep work are expected to continue.
