Mission Statement:
To provide a recommendation with supporting documentation to Council within the next 8 to 10 months for the best possible transit solution meeting the following criteria:
a. Best addresses the greatest needs of the North Liberty community (who, where, what, when).
b. Provides the most cost-effective approach to providing service (best service for lowest cost).
c. Minimizes costs, not to exceed current budget; but other sources of funding should be
explored and recommended.
