B. Third consideration and adoption of Ordinance Number 06-34, An Ordinance amending Chapter 13.16, entitled "Sewer Rates and Charges," of the Municipal Code of North Liberty by repealing Section 13.16.020, "Service Charge Schedule," therein to increase the Rates and Charges for Sewer Service.
