- The Police Department ended the month of August at 4140 calls for service for
the year.
- August had 555 calls for service.
- S.T.E.P. Grant enforcement was conducted from August 19th to September 5th.
- 28 Vehicle Inspections were completed.
- New police car was picked up and equipment is being installed by Street Dept.
- Process for hiring new police officer has been started.
- Police Dept. is working extra patrol reference a recent increase in car
burglaries in Sugar Creek Lane area.
- Extra patrol was conducted for speeding in school zones first week of classes.
