-The Police Department ended the month of May at 2315 calls for service for the
year.
-May had 495 calls for service.
-16 Vehicle inspections were completed this month.
-Officer Venenga attended two week L.E.I.N. training in Des Moines.
-The Department has noticed an increase in calls and activity with the warmer
weather.
-All officers attended firearms training.
-Officer Venenga and Chief Warkentin fingerprinted and photographed around 80
kids at the All About Me Fair at Penn Elementary.
-All officers assisted in additional STEP grant enforcement.
-Testing is set up for June 15th for new officer position.
