-The Police Department ended the month of May at 2450 calls for service for the
year.
-May had 605 calls for service.
-14 Vehicle Inspections were completed.
-Officer Tygart will be attending Taser instructor school in June.
-Officer Olson attended Defensive Tactics Instructor School in May.
-Chief Warkentin attended Oleoresin Capsicum Instructor School in May.
-Sgt. Venenga assisted with a Safety Talk at Penn Elementary and a Safety talk
at the Recreation Center with Brownies.
-Chief Warkentin competed tours at Safety Village with the Iowa City School
District.
- S.T.E.P. Grant was completed the last week of May and first week of June.
