PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Special Meeting Minutes
April 19, 2005

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Eric Sittig at 6:30 p.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Leick, Sittig, Smith, Osterholt, Mausser, Shrader; absent—Jones.

ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator, Brian James, City Council members James
Moody and Tom Salm, City Engineer, Kevin Trom, Karla Davis, Representatives with Mercy Care.

SITE PLAN: Request of Solum Lang Architect to approve the site plan for Mercy Care located at Alexander Way and West Penn Street. Osterholt moved, seconded by Shrader, to recommend to City Council approval of the Site Plan subject to developer escrowing money for a future sidewalk. After discussion, the vote was: ayes—Osterholt, Sittig, Mausser, Shrader, Leick, Smith; nays—none; absent—Jones. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT: Osterholt moved, seconded by Shrader, to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 pm. Motion carried.
