Meeting Minutes
March 15, 2005
Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sittig at 6:30 pm.
Members Present: Shrader, Leick, Sittig, Smith, Osterholt, Mausser; absent:
Jones.
Also Present: City Administrator, Brian James, MMS Consultant, Duane Musser,
Council Member, James Moody, Carla Davis, Jenny and Leo Young, Carter Kudrle,
Travis Alden.
PRELIMINARY PLAT: Request of Cedar Development to approve the Preliminary
Plat for Progress Park, Part Five, located at Lininger Lane, Progress Park and
East Penn Street. Shrader moved, seconded by Mausser, to recommend to City
Council approval of the Preliminary Plat subject to the correction of the Legal Description to reflect Progress Park, Part
Four and Developers Agreement should
address grantee that developer will install storm sewer pipe as property to the
north is developed. After discussion, the vote was: ayes—Shrader, Leick, Sittig,
Smith, Osterholt, Mausser; nays—none; absent: Jones. Motion carried.
FINAL PLAT: Request of Cedar Development to approve the Final Plat for
Progress Park, Part Five, located at Lininger Lane, Progress Park and East Penn
Street. Smith moved, seconded by Leick, to recommend to City Council
approval of the Final Plat subject to the Legal Description being change to
reflect Progress Park, Part Five. After discussion, the vote was: ayes—Shrader,
Leick, Sittig, Smith, Osterholt, Mausser; nays—none; absent—Jones. Motion
carried.
SITE PLAN: Request of Cedar Development to have Build to Suit erect a
building for a Education Station located at Lininger Lane, Progress Park and
East Penn Street. Smith moved, seconded by Shrader to recommend to City
Council approval of the site plan. After discussion, the vote was: ayes—Shrader,
Leick, Sittig, Smith, Osterholt, Mausser; nays—none; absent—Jones. Motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT: Leick moved, seconded by Shrader to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 pm.
Motion carried.
