If you have an urgent concern, please call City Hall at (319) 626-5700.City Hall is located at 5 E. Cherry Street in North Liberty. From Interstate I-380, take exit 4 for North Liberty. Continue east on Penn Street (County F28) to Highway 965 (traffic light). Turn south on Highway 965, then east onto Cherry Street (2 blocks south of Penn intersection). Continue east on Cherry Street, four blocks past the railroad tracks. City Hall is in the City Administration Offices building, the red brick building on the corner of Front and Cherry Streets.
