Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals for building permit approval when a permit has been denied because of non-compliance with certain requirements of the zoning code. This Board meets only when an appeal has been filed. If a meeting is called, it will be on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm at City Council Chambers (25 W. Cherry Street).
