Tree and Stormwater Advisory Board

Tree and Stormwater Board (Two Positions)

The Tree and Stormwater Board studies, plans, advises and recommends actions necessary for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, or removal of trees, shrubs and plants in City parks, along streets and in other public areas.  The Board is responsible for programming and events relating to stormwater quality like invasive removal and other fun projects. Some of their successes include a garlic mustard removal project and the creation of a stormwater quality grant program. The Board meets monthly.  Applications are available for these positions online and at City Hall.
