Employees of the City of North Liberty, NLTV is operated by staff of the City's Telecommunications Department.
Cheryle Caplinger - Telecommunications Director
Cheryle’s educational background includes two BA degrees, in music and theatre, and a MFA in theatre. Ranging beyond this fine-arts focus, Cheryle’s technical talents run deep, including video production, web design, and multimedia marketing. Cheryle brings years of experience, in an array of production situations, as well as great organizational and interpersonal skills to NLTV and the City of North Liberty. She has called NLTV her loving home since January 2008.
Corinne Lemmage - Promotion Producer
Corinne is a 2008 graduate of Drake University with a BA in Radio TV Journalism. Her specialties include live event production, video editing and graphics design.One of Corinne's favorite experiences in video production has been working with the nation's largest student-run broadcast — The Drake Relays Telecast. She was a part of the production crew for four years, including two years as the Technical Producer. Corinne is excited to be a part of the NLTV team, and is looking forward to sharpening her video production skills as the Promotion Producer, while delivering high quality content to the North Liberty area. When Corinne is not behind a camera or in front of a computer, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, her boyfried, and their new puppy, Honey.
Nick Bergus - Production Coordinator
Nick completed his master’s in journalism at the University of Iowa in May 2008 where he also taught classes in online and video journalism. He joined NLTV in August of that year hoping to build on the channel's reputation as a valuable source of community information while finding new ways to serve North Liberty.
Nick worked for Iowa Public Radio and The Tampa Tribune newspaper and its Web site, TBO.com, before bringing his multimedia and online interests to North Liberty.
He somehow manages to balance NLTV with his family and teaching multimedia production to undergraduates at the University of Iowa.
