Early Bird Aqua Aerobics
Water fitness which includes aqua aerobics, stretch and strength toning for the early birds to get the day started, the
body moving and the heart pumping. Instructor: Kim Lestina.
Ages: 15 years and older (Younger individuals may attend
with adult).

Advanced Water Resistance Class AM
This class is a high energy class for people who have been taking the Water Resistance Class, who have used the water cuffs and are comfortable in deep water. This is a challenging, fast paced workout loaded with FUN! Water shoes and a water bottle are recommended. Instructor: Sue Carter.

Licensed Physical Therapists & Physical Trainers
We would like to help augment your current offerings to your clients. Depending on requested dates and times, we may be able to make the facility available for water therapy. Equipment such as aqua joggers, water weights, kick boards, and pull buoys to assist may also be available for use. The pool is completely accessible by both zero depth entry and a hydrologic chair.

Fee: $4.00 daily admission fee for clients, therapists are free.
Beginners Water Resistance Class (Mon / Fri AM)
This class is for beginners and also anyone wanting to exercise in the water, but not at the high energy level. Water bouys help complete the upper body workout. Please arrive 15 minutes early the first day if you are new to this class. Water shoes and a water bottle are recommended.

Water Resistance Class PM
This class uses water cuffs allowing the participant to work out using the power of the water. We begin the class in the
shallow water stretching and then proceed to the deep water utilizing the power of the water. It’s a great cardio workout
and targets the whole body in 45 minutes! Water shoes and a water bottle are recommended. Instructor: Sue Carter.
