When’s the Community Center Reopening?

For now, the Community Center continues to host our childcare program for school-age kids and, starting June 1, will host more kids for our summer camp. These are essential programs to help our community’s working families, and we plan to keep the building closed to the public at first to allow us to spread kids and caregivers out throughout the facility.

Holiday Hours for Independence Day 2019 Announced

On Thursday, July 4, 2019, the city’s administrative offices, including City Hall at 3 Quail Creek Circle, will be closed for Independence Day. Other services will be closed or have adjusted hours as follows.

Library

The North Liberty Community Library will be closed and regularly scheduled programs will not take place.

Police

Administrative offices will be closed, but patrol will operate as normal.

Fire

Administrative offices will be closed, but responses will operate as normal.

Recreation & Aquatics

Administrative offices will be closed on July 4, but recreation and aquatic services be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The outdoor pool’s hours are 12 to 3 p.m.

Trash and Recycling Collection

Trash, recycling, yard waste and compost will be collected on their regular schedule.
