Authorities have issued an Operation Quickfind notice for Shantasia Brahnae Harrison, age 17. She is a black female, standing 5 feet 2 inches. She weighs 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and long, straight black hair. She was last seen at 8:20 a.m. on Nov. 24. She could be hanging out in the Iowa City area.
The police are urging people with information to call dispatch at (319) 356-6800.
