Good Neighbor Meeting for Property Located West South Kansas Avenue and North of West Forevergreen Road.

The City may soon consider a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 33.48 acres, more or less, from ID Interim Development District to O/RP Office and Research Park Zone on property located on the west side of South Kansas Avenue approximately .23 miles north of West Forevergreen Road. The purpose of the requests is to facilitate the development of the property as a medical office.
No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request. However, the rezoning may be considered as early as May 4, 2021 by the Planning Commission.
