Good Neighbor Meeting for Vintage Estates
Good Neighbor Meeting: Jan. 24, 2022 at 5 p.m., Register for online Zoom meeting.
Vintage Estates of North Liberty has submitted an amendment to a previously approved RS-4 PAD Single-Unit Residence District Planned Area Development. The property contains 8.42 acres located on the west side of South Jones Boulevard west of the terminus of Cory Court. The purpose of the amendment is to allow reductions in required setbacks, including the northern perimeter setback from 30’ to 25’ and some building setbacks to the internal private roadway. No other changes are planned.
It is anticipated that the Planning Commission will consider the request at its Feb. 1, 2022, meeting.
If you register the meeting, please join the meeting shortly before 5:00 p.m. There will be a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns. City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.
