Good Neighbor Meeting: Liberty Villas

Update: This meeting can be watched at the bottom of this post.

The Daniel & Rhonda Bernacki Revocable Trust may submit and the City may soon consider a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 25.81 acres of property located on the east side of North Dubuque Street approximately 775 feet north of Centro Way. The rezoning would be from I-1 Industrial District and C-2-A Highway Commercial District to RS-6 Single-Unit Residence District and RM-12 Multiple-Residence Unit.

No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request.  However, the rezoning may be considered as early as March 1, 2022 by the Planning Commission.

If you do not wish to attend or are unable to participate in the meeting, please contact the City of North Liberty Planning Director, Ryan Rusnak, directly at (319) 626-5747, or email [email protected]. He will be able to answer any questions and/or make note of any concerns.
