Good Neighbor Meeting for Property Near Oak Lane NE and North Liberty Road

Scanlon Family, LLC has submitted a zoning map amendment (rezoning) and preliminary subdivision plat on 36.32 acres of property located at the southeast corner of Oak Lane NE and North Liberty Road. The rezoning would be from ID Interim Development to RS-4 Single-Unit Residence District. The preliminary subdivision plat would arrange the residential lots and infrastructure.

No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning or preliminary subdivision plat has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request.  It is anticipated that this request will be considered at the July 5, 2022 by the Planning Commission. Please visit Planning and Zoning to view upcoming agendas and meeting information.
