Overnight IDOT Work will Impact Penn Street Bridge

The Iowa Department of Transportation will perform soil boring construction around the Penn Street bridge over Interstate 380 starting at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, and Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022. The DOT will use a flagger to assist with traffic and work will conclude by 5 a.m. each time.
Drivers are asked to use caution around the work site, allow extra travel time, and find alternative routes when possible.
