Good Neighbor Meeting: West Side of North Kansas Avenue

Dahnovan Holdings, LLC has submitted a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 41.48 acres acres of property located at the west side of North Kansas Avenue approximately 150 feet south of West Lake Road. The rezoning would be from O/RP Office and Research Park District to RM-12 Multi-Unit Residence District on 23.36 acres and C-3 Higher-Intensity Commercial District on 18.12 acres.

No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request.  It is anticipated that this request will be considered at the October 4, 2022 Planning Commission meeting.

Good neighbor meetings are intended to allow an applicant to share the details of the application, answer questions, and receive feedback prior to formal consideration by the Planning Commission. Initially, the applicant will provide a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns.  City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.
