City Hall Closed Wednesday, April 24, for Move

City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, so staff can move from the current, leased offices to the new, permanent building.

The final day of operations at 3 Quail Creek Center will be Tuesday, April 23.

City Hall will reopen at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 25.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Social Service Grant Application Opens for FY24 Funding

Each year, the City of North Liberty funds social services to North Liberty residents through a competitive grant process. Applications, available now, will be accepted until June 1, 2023.

The City Council will make funding decisions in June and the funds will become available with the start of the new fiscal year on July 1. Annual reports on awarded projects and programs are due by August 31, 2024.

These funds are for both annual funding and smaller projects and contributions to innovative programs; the city council has emphasized the focus on new services benefiting North Liberty residents. First-time applicants are encouraged to contact Tracey Mulcahey at (319) 626-5712 or [email protected] before completing the application.
