Custodial/Maintenance Technician

The City of North Liberty, a rapidly growing community between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, is accepting applications for a full-time Custodial/Maintenance Technician.  Duties include cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance tasks of all areas of the North Liberty Community Center and other city facilities as required.  Position requires a high school diploma or GED.   Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a high energy level.  Experience in janitorial work, building maintenance, and pool operations is preferred.  Regular shift is Monday-Friday, 5am-2pm with a rotating 4 hour – weekend shift.  Salary range is $20.12 to $21.59-DOQ and includes an excellent benefit package.  Post-offer physical, drug screen and background screen required.  Submit cover letter, resume and City application to Debra Hilton, HR Director, 3 Quail Creek Circle, P.O.
