Call to order
North Liberty Mayor Chris Hoffman called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.

Welcome and Introductions
Elected officials present included: City of North Liberty – Chris Hoffman, and Councilors Erek Sittig, Paul Park, and Brian Leibold; University Heights – Councilor Stepheny Gahn; Tiffin – Councilor Tim Orris; Iowa City – Councilors Josh Moe, Megan Alter, and Laura Bergus; Swisher – Mayor Julie Persons; Hills – Mayor Tim Kemp and Councilor Cathy Knebel; Johnson County Supervisors – Jon Green and Lisa Green-Douglas; Iowa City Community School District – Board members Molly Abraham, Charlie Eastham, Mitch Lingo, Lisa Williams, and Shawn Eyestone; and City of Coralville – Mayor Meghann Foster and Councilor Laurie Goodrich.

CRANDIC Rail Line and Pop Up Metro Update
Mackenzie DeRoo, Greater Iowa City, Inc., and Cady Gerlach, Better Together 2023, provided an update on the Pop Up Metro Project. Kent Ralston, MPOJC, provided an update on the Rapid Bus Study. The elected officials discussed the reports with DeRoo, Gerlach and Ralston.

General entity updates
Mayor Hoffman reported that Emergency Management provided an update that severe weather conditions are expected in the next forty minutes. North Liberty updates included the new City Hall, the Centennial Center construction, no Blues and BBQ next year, and an updated bridge over I380. Hills has a new awning at City Hall. University Heights Police Chief Troy Kelsay retired. Chris Akers is the new Chief. University Heights will have LOSST on the ballot.
