City Hall Closed Wednesday, April 24, for Move

City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, so staff can move from the current, leased offices to the new, permanent building.

The final day of operations at 3 Quail Creek Center will be Tuesday, April 23.

City Hall will reopen at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 25.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

ACTING CHAIR
Bathke moved, seconded by Heisler, to appoint Ronda Detlefsen acting Chair for this meeting.
The vote was all ayes. Motion carried.
ROLL CALL
The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Acting Chair Ronda
Detlefsen.
Planning Commission members present: Ronda Detlefsen, Adam Gebhart, Jason Heisler,
Josey Bathke. Members absent: Kyle Pentecost, Patrick Staber, and Rebecca Keogh.
Others present: Dean Wheatley, Ryan Heiar, Grant Lientz, Mary Byers, Carter Kudrle, Loren
Hoffman, Robert Downer, Gina Landau, and Greg Sharp.
AGENDA APPROVAL
Gebhart moved, seconded by Heisler to approve the agenda. The vote was all ayes. Agenda
approved.

City Planner Dean Wheatley presented the application to the Commission.
Hall and Hall Engineering Loren Hoffman took questions from the commission.
Heisler moved, seconded by Bathke, to recommend approval to the City Council. The vote was:
ayes—Heisler, Gebhart, Detlefsen, Bathke; nays—none; absent—Pentecost, Staber, Keogh.
Motion carried.

none; absent—Pentecost, Staber, Keogh. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
Heisler moved, seconded by Gebhart, to approve the Minutes of July 2, 2019. The vote was all
ayes. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Wheatley reported no new cases for the September meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Gebhart moved, seconded by Heisler to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. The vote was all
ayes. Meeting was adjourned.
