Meeting Minutes
Monday, Sept. 14, 2015
6:00 p.m. Regular Session
City Council Chambers, 1 Quail Creek Circle
- Call to order.
At 6 p.m., Arnold called the meeting to order.
- Roll call.
Present were commissioners Arnold, Osterhaus, Gattas and Wells. Absent was commissioner Hoffman. Also present: Nick Bergus, Erika Harper and Stefan Juran.
- Welcome new commissioner Tom Wells.
Wells introduced himself to the commission.
- Public comment for items not on the agenda.
There was none.
- Mediacom update.
No Mediacom representative was present.
Commissioner Wells asked about income shown from Verizon; Bergus explained it was related to a lease for cell equipment on city property.
- South Slope update.
No South Slope representative was present.
Commissioner Wells asked about revenue calculated; Bergus explained it was based on television-related revenue.
- Telecommunications staff report.
Bergus and Harper offered department highlights from June, July and August.
- Approval of minutes.
Osterhaus moved to approve the minutes from May 4, 2015 meeting, Gattas seconded. The motion passed with all in favor.
