8 Point Trail is located at the northwest corner of town, accessed from 240th St or Ranshaw Way headed north out of town. It is home to approximately 150 households and is in the Clear Creek Amana School District. Residents have close access to 4-acre Deerfield Park, which includes a play structure, swings, and small shelter.
