The Creekside neighborhood is located on the south side of town, accessed from Front St. It is home to approximately 250 households and is in the Iowa City Community School District. Residents are within walking distance to the North Liberty Recreation Trail and Creekside Commons Park, which includes a play structure, small pond, and open green space.
