North Liberty Aquatic Center HVAC Replacement
RFP Overview
Sealed Bids for the construction of the North Liberty Aquatic Center HVAC Replacement project will be received by City of North Liberty, at North Liberty City Administration Building, 3 Quail Creek Circle, until 10:00 AM local time on April 2, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The bids will be considered by the City Council at a meeting to be held at the North Liberty City Administration Building, 3 Quail Creek Circle at 6:30 PM local time on April 14, 2020, or at such later time and place as may then be fixed.
The Project will involve the replacement of the existing rooftop dehumidification unit that serves the natatorium and other related work as follows: General HVAC upgrades, electrical work, modifications to existing screen wall, roofing and roof/wall structure, and miscellaneous work as shown on the drawings.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2020 at the North Liberty Aquatic Center, 520 W Cherry St, North Liberty, Iowa.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.

There is no deposit for the plans and specifications, but there is a shipping charge (UPS) of $30.00 made payable to DB Reprographics, Inc. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
